The Formidable Digital Signatures Addon brings effortless e-signing to your WordPress forms. Instead of printing, signing and scanning documents, your users simply draw their signature with a mouse or a fingertip and submit the form in seconds.
It plugs straight into Formidable Forms, so you keep the same builder, entries and notifications you already rely on — just with a signature field added where you need it.

Benefits & Use Cases
Digital signatures remove friction from every process that needs consent, approval or acknowledgement. Use them for client agreements, service authorisations, event waivers, delivery confirmations, onboarding paperwork and rental check-ins.
Your team gets signed records stored digitally, so there is no paper to chase, file or lose. Users finish on the device they already have in hand.
Why Choose the Formidable Digital Signatures Addon?
It keeps your workflow in one place. Rather than bolting on a separate e-signature tool, you capture the signature inside the same form that collects names, dates and details — so every entry stays complete and easy to find.
